William's Story
Life
Finally got out of the rat race (sorta). Moved to Lake Tawakoni (Quinlan, TX), which is about an hour east of Dallas and run my business (Real Estate Appraisal) from home office. Really enjoying life in the country and on the lake. Just my wife (Kay) & I at home now; have 6 grandkids from 18 yrs to 3 years and 3 "granddogs".
03/2015 - Life goes on..... Well, now oldest grandson just graduated from navy boot camp, next to youngest grandson just went on his first date, and two oldest granddaughters are gettin...Expand for more
g married this year. Dang that makes me feel old! (oh yea, I am). Wife and kids think I have gone crazy, but I just got my Texas Peace Officer License and am now a reserve officer for the city of Hawk Cove. Had to go thru the police academy and everything. Just one more of my non-paying part time jobs; that's why I gotta keep working my 'day' job. Seems I have gotten the permanent nickname of "PawPaw the PoPo". That's ok, having a lot of fun with it. Enjoying myself and giving a little back to the community.
